If booking an ear wax removal appointment, we require olive oil drops to be administered to the ears for at least 5 to 7 consecutive days prior to appointments to soften the wax. If you have a perforated ear drum, repeated infections, have had operations or any other medical intervention in your ears, please check with your wax specialist before doing so.
